KidZania

Very hot in Japan for the past few years is a work-centered amusement park kind of place for kids called KidZania. You pay an entry fee and then the kids are set up with a bank account before trying out various professions (and getting salary deposited into their bank account which they can use to buy things at KidZania). There is everything imaginable to try out - from pilots to nurses, engineers, doctors, etc.

Sumire seemed to be drawn to the food industry when she went (probably due to going with mom only because dad had to work). Maybe next time she will check out careers that actually pay the rent!
